Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Defend Idaho is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to help resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
